What is Boccia?
Boccia is a Paralympic sport played by people with physical impairments. The aim of the sport is to place your balls closer to the Jack ball than your opponent. It can be played in teams, pairs, or as individuals. The side with the most points at the end of the match wins. There are several ways in which a player can move a ball down the court, including throwing and kicking it. The ball can also be rolled down a ramp. Assistive devices can be used to help players release the ball.
